At Love Jones Connection, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction is important to us. Note: If your body butter arrives melted, place it in a cool, dry area or refrigerate it briefly to allow it to solidify. While it may no longer appear as whipped and fluffy, rest assured– the quality and effectiveness remain the same.

Shipping Overview
We take great care in packaging your order to arrive in the best condition possible. However, please note that some of our whipped body butters are prone to melting when exposed to high temperatures.
To reduce the risk of melting, we ship body butter orders early in the week to avoid packages sitting in warm mailing facilities over the weekend.
Looking for a body butter that holds up better in the heat? Ask about our emulsified body butter cream as an alternative. Also, our body oil is great for summer!
